Job description

This position is full time, nights at Methodist Hospital. The shift is from 6:30pm-7am three shifts a week. It will be a set schedule and will be any of the three days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Responsible for the cardiac monitoring of patients including those with technological support (i.e., pacemakers, AICD). Documents changes in rhythm and reports these changes according to established protocol. #LI-Onsite With 15 hospitals, including seven with Magnet designation and eight with Pathways to Excellence designation, our team members are leading the way through excellence. - Requires high school graduate or equivalent. Requires successful completion of Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia course; anatomy and physiology courses and/or related courses. - Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
