Position Description: Title: Process Engineer Department: Engineering Immediate Supervisor: Engineering Manager Status: Exempt Salaried Position Purpose: Recommend improved processes, procedures, equipment, and materials which will enhance the safety, quality and efficiency in the manufacturing of IPG's products.
