Job description

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for providing hands-on training to specified laboratory technicians in the laboratory setting. Will also provide Lab production support as requested by the practice. May provide technical training for new hires and existing lab employees. Subject matter expert and consultant in lab processes and procedures and will help identify dental laboratory employee development needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Provides practical education to dental laboratory technicians to ensure quality standards, level of proficiency and production - May perform technical and non-technical assessments on both current and prospective employees to identify areas of training and development - Provides technical training and support to established ADDL laboratories as needed - Provides technical assistance and training for new center openings - Works in partnership with the Regional Manager and Lead Lab Technician/Sr. Lead Lab Technician in determining when each trainee is ready to advance to the next level - Provides temporary, fill-in and new center opening coverage to ADDL laboratories as necessary and required to establish a quality and performance baseline for those laboratories - Pa...
