Leadership Training Program Coach "WTRS"- Fort Irwin, CA “This position is Part Time on Call with an expectation of 7-8 (up to ten) rotations per calendar year. Rotations include two days for travel, two prep days and eight days of training. Brigade LTP, Armor/Infantry/Cavalry/FA/BSB/EN/CSSB/AVN Battalion Coach: V2X is seeking Skilled Leadership-Training-Program (LTP) Coaches/Instructors (C/I) to work under the direction of the Brigade Command Group Senior Coach / Team Lead. Responsibilities include coaching, teaching and mentoring the Military-Decision-Making-Process (MDMP) to Battalion (BN) commanders, their staffs, and relevant enabler units (which includes, but is not limited to: Infantry/Armor, Cavalry/RSTA, Engineer, Fire Support, ADA, MP, CBRN, signal, Civil affairs (CA), Psychological Operations (PYSOP), Cyber-Electronic Warfare (CEW), Unified Actions Partners (UAP), and Combat Sustainment. The mission of the Leader Training Program (LTP) is to coach BCT leadership, staff, and subordinate Battalion leadership.
