In this role, you’ll assess patients’ ability to perform independent living skills, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and monitor progress to support safe and effective outcomes. You’ll also educate patients and caregivers, assist with discharge planning, and recommend adaptive equipment and community resources. This is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM position with no on-call requirement , ideal for clinicians who are independent, self-starters, and comfortable managing their caseload. New graduates are welcome to apply. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy, Oklahoma licensure, and BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
