Job Description Plant Human Resources Generalist - Decatur, IL This is a full time, exempt position 100% on-site Summary: The HR Generalist will report to and partner with the HR Manager, Decatur, IL. location. This position will provide HR support for various levels of management and colleagues within the Corn plant. The ideal candidate will foster innovative ideas and a desire to explore new possibilities. What We’re Looking For: - An individual who will help drive key initiatives through colleague engagements, partnering with locations on workforce planning, and helping colleagues further develop within ADM. - Will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to our Core Values while promoting them throughout all levels of the organization.
