About the Role On behalf of our client, a residential construction company, we are seeking a Carpenter or Apprentice Carpenter to support on-site construction activities. This role is a hands-on position responsible for contributing to high-quality builds through framing, finishing, and general carpentry work. You will play a key role in maintaining job site standards, supporting project timelines, and ensuring work is completed with a strong focus on craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Construction & Carpentry Work: Carpentry Execution: Complete framing, finishing, and custom carpentry tasks in accordance with project drawings and specifications. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and plans to ensure accurate execution of work. Tool Operation: Safely and effectively use hand and power tools required for construction tasks. Detail Work: Assist with finishing details and additional tasks that support overall build quality.
