Description JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a patient/client and family-centred framework and continuum-based care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice and the vision, values and policies of the organization, works in a team based environment to provide clinical dietetic services to clients/patients and designated care programs/clinics through the assessment, planning, implementing and outcome evaluation of nutritional goals and care plans. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Current full registration as a Dietitian with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC). Registration with Restricted Activities A and C for designing, dispensing and/or administering therapeutic diets through enteral means as set out in the College Bylaws. Two (2) years’ recent, related clinical experience in a medical/surgical care setting Valid BC drivers license. Travel requires use of a personal vehicle for which mileage will be reimbursed.
