Job Description: The Ala Moana Hotel’s Banquet staff is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests who are hosting and attending a banquet function. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Set-up, service and breakdown of functions from the laying of tablecloths through the final stripping off of dirty linen. - Organizes and maintains cleanliness in banquet storage and service area.
