Full‑Time • Non‑Exempt • Hybrid (Boise, ID) We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function across multiple locations. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, employees, and managers, helping ensure consistent delivery of HR processes, onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee engagement initiatives, compliance activities, and day‑to‑day employee support. The ideal candidate operates with a higher level of independence, sound judgment, and accountability, while partnering closely with the HR team to support departmental priorities and projects.
