Job Title: Machinist IV Job Description: Entegris is currently seeking a Machinist IV for our Decatur, TX facility. In this role, you will perform tasks directly related to the machining of graphite, silicon carbides, and other specialty materials. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 5am-3:30pm. What You’ll Do: - Work is job oriented, following detailed blueprints, customer specifications, and internal work instructions. - Operate hand tools, precision measuring equipment, and computers, (desktop and machine control varieties). - Operate 4th & 5th axis mills, live tooling lathes, surface and centerless grinders, cup grinders, bandsaws, and other machining equipment. - Complete machining tasks within a customer job. - Make complex code adjustments within program. - Collaborate with programmers on program/fixture creation for new parts. - Create hand-typed CNC code (i.e., chip prevention lines, fixturing). - Understand and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines to consistently p...
