United Land Services (ULS) is a leading full-service landscaping company offering a comprehensive suite of commercial landscape installation and maintenance services. We cater to a diverse range of clients, from single-family home developments to commercial buildings and shopping centers. We are currently seeking a Production Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our lawn and ornamental treatments. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and directing resources to provide quality, cost-effective services to our clients, and will also support our Account Managers. CPCO required. Responsibilities: - Collaborate regularly with the Account Manager to understand client needs, expectations, and project goals. - Ensure job site quality, safety, and appearance consistently meet CPCO and client standards. - Identify insect, disease, or environmental issues affecting landscape health and recommend corrective actions. - Inspecting properties prior to scheduled service and preparing specific action plans. - Support crews through hands-on work when needed to meet quality and scheduling demands. - Enforce CPCO safety protocols, equipment upkeep standards, storage proc...
