We sell, rent, and service a wide-variety of equipment Including Large and Small Construction Tractors, Forklifts, and Prime/Stand-by-Power Generation. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN ELK GROVE CA. SUMMARY: Strategic Account Rental Coordinator primary responsibility is customer relations with a group of designated accounts and fellow sales representatives. Assist with the full rental and sale cycle, fleet management, and providing excellent customer service ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Take calls and requests for rental equipment on behalf of designated - Coordinate and track designated accounts daily equipment pickups and returns, coordinating loop deliveries with dispatching. - Run reservation, delinquent and other reports to monitor designated accounts equipment availability and facilitate smooth operations. - Coordinate efforts with branch staff, dispatch, and outside salesperson to ensure customer satisfaction. - Responsible for timely charge back of rental fleet recovery charges and tire repairs for designated accounts. - Expected to be highly proficient in using all software p...
