Additionally providing detailed performance data and reporting back to HBT to assist in continuous product improvement and reliability initiatives and projects. You will be assessing, maintaining and supporting HBT longwall equipment on customer sites, particularly in underground mining environments. You will leverage your technical expertise to audit, repair/replace components and provide guidance on HBT equipment. You will also directly monitor the equipment in production and provide technical equipment and productivity improvement recommendations to customers that will enhance the performance and reliability of the HBT equipment.
