About the Role: Dandy is looking for a Production Flow Supervisor to join our brand-new Indianapolis facility as a critical "founding member" of our leadership team. Think of this role as the "Air Traffic Controller" for our Advanced Automated Manufacturing Center . While Department Managers and Shift Supervisors focus on their specific teams, you will own the birds-eye view of the entire facility. You will be responsible for developing the systems that monitor backlog, WIP, and capacity across our "4 corners" and ensuring that all 4 shifts operate with unified consistency.
