You're the person who fixes things before being asked. You've swapped out an outlet, replaced a faucet, or taken something apart just to understand how it works. When you hit a wall, your first move is to find information — a wiring diagram, a manual, a YouTube video — not to wait for someone to hand you the answer. You enjoy coffee. What this role actually looks like You'll handle two to three service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts. Here's what you'll actually be doing: Some hands-on experience is expected — changing outlets, replacing fixtures, completing home repair projects, or similar work. You don't need a formal background, but you shouldn't be picking up a multimeter for the first time on your first call.
