An exciting opportunity has become available to join Boeing Defence UK as a B1 Mechanic for the C-17 aircraft at RAF Brize Norton. The Boeing Team at Brize Norton plays a vital role in supporting the Royal Air Force, with a dedicated team of over 90 employees providing real-time, time-critical assistance to the C-17 operational team. Role Description: As a B1 Mechanic, you will be part of the Boeing MRP 145 Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO), responsible for performing maintenance on the UK C-17 fleet. You will ensure compliance with established processes, accurate work recording, and adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements. Position Responsibilities: Perform B1 category aircraft maintenance activities as directed by Certifying Staff/Support Staff in accordance with Technical Documentation and company standards, including inspection, repair, troubleshooting, assembly, disassembly, and modi...
