Position Summary This position is responsible for the implementation and oversight of specific programs and processes in order to achieve corporate and departmental strategic objectives. Key responsibilities of the position include supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of programs, policies, and initiatives that support the physical, psychological, and overall well-being of Paramedic Services staff to ensure compliance with legislation, promote a healthy and safe workplace, and foster a culture of support, inclusion, and continuous improvement. . Job Title: Superintendent, Health and Wellness Wag e: $120,622 - $141,130: Reports To: Deputy Chief, Professional Standards Department: Paramedic Services: Location : City of Kawartha Lakes. Paramedic Services HQ, as assigned Hours : FT Permanent. Normal working hours are 42 hours per week with core working hours between 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
