We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join the Hospital in the Home (HITH) team at St Vincent’s Sydney Care at Home, caring for patients receiving acute hospital ‑ equivalent care in the home. You’ll provide exceptional, evidence-based nursing care supporting early discharge and care at home while maintaining strong clinical governance and patient safety. About You: You are a motivated and adaptable Registered Nurse who thrives in autonomous and community ‑ based mo dels of care.
