Your Role: The Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will serve as a strategic finance business partner in a private equity–backed Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). Reporting to the Sr. Director, FP&A, this role will execute plans and budgets, while providing rigorous financial insights and business case support to Operations and Commercial Teams. The position plays a critical role in driving EBITDA growth, improving forecast accuracy, supporting disciplined capital allocation, and enhancing visibility into revenue, margin, and capacity utilization.
