What We’re Looking For… We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, professional full-time Concierge to join our team! Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Concierge will coordinate resident appointments, provide clerical support for administrative and nursing staff, be responsible for incoming and direction of phone calls, and will act as departmental liaison. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related administrative experience, have excellent communication skills as well as multi-tasking skills. The ability to work well with the senior population is required, and this person must be proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel.
