Who we are JustWatch has evolved from a lean start-up into a global player with 200 employees, multiple business units, and offices in the US, UK, and France. Our finance team isn't just about numbers; we embrace modern tools and are constantly looking for smarter, more automated ways to work. To strengthen our accounts payable operations, we are looking for a Junior AP Accountant to join us as soon as possible. What you’ll be doing: Invoice & Payment Processing: - Processing, verifying, and booking incoming invoices end-to-end - Preparing payment runs based on approved invoices (including monitoring due dates and ensuring timely payments) - Managing company credit cards and employee expenses Vendor Management & Communication: Communicating with vendors regarding invoices, discrepancies, and payments Accounting & Month-End Activities: - Booking accruals and prepaid expenses - Supporting month-end closing activities related to accounts pa...
