Company Introduction T&T Supermarket Inc. was found in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly to become Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 27 stores across the country: 12 in Metro Vancouver, 6 in Alberta, and 9 in Ontario (7 in GTA and 1 in Ottawa, 1 in Waterloo). Major Responsibilities: 1. Produce the correct quantity of assigned products (Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries) based on orders received 2. Perform production duties as assigned for various products (Bread, Cake, Puddings &/or other Pastries), which may include but not limited to: 3. Control product (Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries) quality, freshness, inventory level and wastage 4. Responsible for cleanliness, hygiene, equipment and tools maintenance follow up and workplace safety of the production area 5. Answer customers’ enquiries - Dough mixing, cutting, rolling, laying, forming, filling, shaping, slicing…etc. - Prepare various fillings such as fruits, meat, paste, custards…etc. - Control fermentation and baking time, monitor temperature of cooler and oven - Decoration of Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements: 1.
