Responsibilities: This role will repair and maintain all steam electric generating plant mechanical systems and associated auxiliary systems and equipment for the production of continuous, reliable electric energy under the direction and review of a maintenance supervisor. - Repair, troubleshoot, overhaul, and maintain equipment, such as turbines, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, condensers, scrubber, coal pulverizing system, coal and ash handling equipment and all other associated systems and equipment to maintain efficient plant production of electrical energy. - Perform millwright functions in setting up, aligning, balancing, and testing various machinery and equipment, such as turbines, pumps, shafts, bearings, gearboxes, and valves. - Work with precision tools and instruments within close tolerances to maintain precision alignment and balance which is critical for maximum life and performance of machinery and equipment. - Perform routine preventive maintenance on all assigned...
