The Opportunity: Human Resources Generalist-Sales: The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is a key, customer-focused partner supporting Utz’s human resources strategy for the Sales team. The HRG will serve as a primary HR resource for sales associates at all levels and in various locations, ensuring effective and efficient HR support. Responsibilities include facilitating training and development initiatives, driving associate engagement, managing associate relations, ensuring HR compliance, supporting performance management, supporting the administration of benefits and payroll, communicating with sales associates, and advancing the Utz safety program as it applies to remote and field-based employees.
