Department/Unit: Human Resources Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $46,215.00 - $60,080.00 HR internship opportunity!: Summer Intern (On-Site): Pay Rate: $20 per hour Location: On location (in-person/Albany) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to provide administrative and project support during the summer term. This role offers hands-on experience in office operations, data management, and professional communications while supporting HR and special projects. The current project focus will be on transitioning existing intranet content into a “new to us” platform called Simplrr. Key Responsibilities: Data Management Perform accurate data entry and update internal databases Scan, file, and organize electronic and physical documents Correspondence: Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, emails, and business correspondence Assist in maintaining professional and timely communication across teams Projects: Support HR initiatives and special projects Assist with research, data gathering, and project documentation Process Improvement: Help identify opportunities to improve office workflows, procedures, and internal communication Assist i...
