PRIMARY PURPOSE: AHF Products has an exciting career opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Specialist located at our plant in Cartersville, GA. In this role, you will provide technical services for the Cartersville Plant. These services include process improvement work, daily process support, cost reduction activities, and project management. This position plays a critical role in our Lean and continuous improvement activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties: - Proactively providing quality technical assistance to the operation in terms of equipment. Providing preventative maintenance scheduling, production process improvements, system and facility maintenance procedures. - Leading plant Quality and ISO teams in maintaining and improving plant quality - Identifying and resolving common causes and special cause issues that impact line reliability and performance. - Investigating manufacturing problems(root cause analysis) with the line and recommending corrective actions.
