Atlantic Veterinary Internal Medicine & Oncology in Hunt Valley, MD is hiring a full- time Customer Service Representative to join our outstanding team! Schedule: Compensation: - 5 8-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts - Daytime, Mon-Fri. No weekends - $18-21/hour Job Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist setting - Demonstrated excellence communication skills - Strong desire to learn and grow in the role. - Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. Required Skills: - Shares our commitment to our mission, vision, and values. - Enthusiastic and compassionate nature, providing an excellent experience for clients. - Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook email. - Proficient in managing multi-line phone systems for efficient communication. - Knowledge of EzyVet and Smartflow software platforms is a plus. - Prior experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
