Implementation Technologist

Job description

Job Description: This role is responsible for implementation of new products, packaging, processes and raw materials on site. This role will collaborate with the Development Platforms to ensure successful transfer of specifications. This position will also work closely with the site operations and Q&FS-teams to implement process, pack and product improvement/loss elimination initiatives and with engineering resources for capital projects to ensure that standards are met. What are we looking for?: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, a related field or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment Project management capability: Preferred Qualifications: Food Manufacturing environment working in Product Development/Implementation Technical knowledge of ingredients, packaging, product, process, and thermal process Ability to effectively lead a team SAP knowledge would be an asset What will be your key responsibilities?
