This entry‑level role is perfect for someone with fewer than two years of professional experience who is curious, adaptable, eager to learn, and excited to support a lean, fast‑moving marketing team. We are scaling and this position has ample room for growth. This position has two core functions: 1. Give our customers a voice through research and persona development. 2. Ensure our marketing engine runs smoothly through coordination and operational excellence. Customer Insights Responsibilities: Help us keep our marketing strategy centered around the customer. In this part of the role, you will: - Develop data‑backed customer personas using first‑party CRM data, third‑party geographic/property insights, behavioral data, reviews, and competitive intel. - Gather qualitative feedback from branch managers, sales, and customer service teams to deepen persona accuracy. - Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations that influence marketing strategy, messaging, seasonal timing, and featured services.
