Product Owner - Onboarding

Overview Job Summary: The Product Owner will work closely with Allegis' operating companies and their respective Business Process Owners (BPOs) to discover, innovate, and execute on potential valuable solutions that drive strategic business goals and objectives. The Product Owner will be responsible for the discovery, alignment, and effective communication associated with implementing new products and transformative structure changes within the operating companies including system demonstrations, process review sessions, requirement gathering sessions, and other business discovery meetings. The Product Owner will be responsible for ensuring that the system capabilities being deployed meet the needs of the operating company by defining the feature set and ensuring that the delivery team has a clear understanding of the product vision, strategy, and product roadmap. The Product Owner owns and prioritizes the feature backlog and ensures alignment with our business leadership.
