Coho Construction Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Superintendent to lead the U.S. Embassy Façade Replacement Project in Algiers, Algeria. This role is responsible for full lifecycle (“cradle-to-grave”) construction management, ensuring successful project execution from planning through closeout while maintaining strict compliance with U.S. Government, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): - Lead and manage all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and closeout - Prepare, submit, and facilitate weekly and bi-weekly project progress meetings - Manage subcontractor security vetting processes in accordance with OBO Division 1 SEC guidelines - Review and interpret construction drawings and collaborate with project engineers - Prepare and submit monthly pay applications aligned with project progress and schedule of values - Ensure timely submission and tracking of all RFIs, submittals, and project documentation - Coordinate closely with the QC/HSE Manager to maintain compliance with quality and safety standards - Enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and applic...
