Description Join Cadence McShane as a Superintendent! Superintendents are responsible for successful field management of the project. This includes safety, quality, schedule adherence, subcontractor coordination, documentation, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The Project Superintendent is responsible for mentoring, training, coordinating, and overseeing all field staff on the project. Responsibilities: Preconstruction: - Assist Project Manager in preparing proposal schedule for assigned projects - Participate in project pursuit presentations - Attend Project Construction Kickoff Meeting with Project Team, Risk Department, Legal Department, and Safety Group. Use Level Set document throughout project - Conduct detailed Preconstruction meetings with subcontractors - Review safety plan, scope of work, plans and specifications, shop drawings, site logistics plan, lay down area, and working hours Project Leadership: - Partner with Project Manager to ensure project safety, quality, and schedule are met - Document all critical discussions with owners and subcontractors in writing - Prepare and update project schedule, ensuring accurate construction flow, critical path, and milest...
