Site Manager, Community Vision Center Valley Health Partners, Allentown, PA Job Summary: Ensures daily operations and coordination of a specific practice site(s). Serves as the on-site management representative of the practice. Qualifications: Education Experience: - Associate's Degree required. In lieu of an associate's degree HS diploma with previous supervisory experience. - 2 years Relevant experience in a healthcare setting required. 1 Year previous supervisory or Office Coordinator experience preferred. Skills Needed: - Ability to implement all policies and procedures effectively. - Ability to compose business communications (reports, memos, letters, and e-mails). - Ability to plan effectively, set appropriate priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Excellent computer skills, including electronic medical record (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite. - Knowledge of medical office practice operations, including but not limited to, personnel management, patient scheduling, and insurance regulations.
