Job Description The GM Loyalty team is seeking a Senior Analyst to support creative strategies, consistent messaging, and engaging experiences that build customer loyalty and drive GM Rewards program participation. This role focuses on executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels—including CRM, retail, website, media, and experiential—while collaborating closely with internal teams and agency partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will manage day-to-day campaign execution, maintain program documentation, and contribute to creative development that aligns with GM Rewards objectives.
