Job Summary Responsible for overseeing and managing the construction, installation, and maintenance of electrical transmission systems. Ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to industry and organizational standards. Responsible for training and mentoring team members, as well as documenting project progress and maintaining records. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Qualified to supervise gloving on all voltages up to 40 KV. Supervise the operation of a material handler bucket truck and a digger truck. Supervise the set-up and operation of all wire pulling equipment. Knowledge of all transformer connections Wye and Delta (single and three phase). Supervise the cover-up of the work zone for the work involved. Has excellent knowledge of rigging and wire pulling tools. Supervise the setting of poles in an energized zone. Supervise complex jobs. Supervise the phasing of circuits and checking of rotation. Supervise the restoration of service and troubleshooting of problems during restoration.
