Duties: - Developing and implementing a People Strategy to align people and human resources policies, practices and programs to the organisation’s strategy and business direction. - Providing sound and expert advice to managers on operational people matters, policies, requirements, processes, risks, issues and trends to keep managers informed and supported including coaching managers in relation to change management, engagement, workforce planning, resolution of work-related issues, employee relationships and industrial matters.
