Job Description: The Role We are looking for a Director of Strategy & Planning who will demonstrate strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive our workforce strategy and run business operations across the Workforce Strategy & Analytics team. You will work across the HR organization to support development of the strategy and enable planning, business & performance management processes. You will deliver results as both an individual contributor and through influence in a highly matrixed, fast-paced organization.
