Profile: - Respond to requests from the General Manager and Hotel Manager: requests may be administrative or operational in nature. - Participate in various employee and customer projects throughout the year. - Assist various departments at the request of management. - Welcome customers and employees. - Follow up on requests sent to senior management: purchase orders, scheduling appointments, welcoming candidates for interviews, etc. - Establish procedures in both English and French. - Translate documents. - Assist the senior management assistants on a daily basis: answer the phone, manage mail and orders, make hotel reserv...
