We are seeking a technically skilled Pilot Line Service Specialist to support pilot‑scale customer trials and research & development projects within our Tissue and Paper Converting Pilot Facility. In this role, you will plan, execute, lead, and report on pilot trials—from initial strategy and customer engagement through trial operation, data analysis, documentation, and final invoicing. You will independently operate and optimize pilot equipment, evaluate process results, and collaborate closely with customers and internal R&D teams to ensure every trial meets technical and commercial objectives. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent mechanical aptitude, and hands‑on experience with tissue‑making or paper converting technologies.
