However, we are not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship at this time. #BI-Hybrid #LI-Hybrid About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Lending Operations Lead to serve as the critical bridge between our sales team and our network of external lending partners. As we expand our Go-To-Market strategy to better serve US-based small businesses that may not fit our core products, you will manage the end-to-end operational flow of our lending marketplace. Your mission is to ensure every loan application is complete, accurately matched to the best external partner, and processed with maximum speed and efficiency to lower our CAC and provide a seamless experience for our customers. Responsibilities: Requirements: Compensation: The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $130,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown.
