Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for their Rental Division in Dulles, Virginia . The Rental Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing incoming rental portal inquiries and making outbound calls to customers seeking rental sales opportunities ensuring each customer receives fast, professional service. The individual in this role will work closely with the Territory Sales Representatives and local store teams to satisfy leads and customer inquiries. The Rental Inside Sales Representative is critical to the day-to-day execution of the rental business to reach acceptable sales and profit levels. Seeking candidates with a High school diploma or equivalent, required; Experience in the equipment rental industry and knowledge of equipment applications, preferred; Demonstrated results in a customer service role.
