Position Summary The Reclamation Services Supervisor plays a critical role in the success of Westmoreland Contract Mining operations. This position provides direct daily supervision of reclamation activities and oversees work crews of up to 50 personnel. Front-line supervisors are expected to set and uphold high standards for safety, quality, schedule adherence, performance, and efficiency. The Supervisor leads the execution of all reclamation activities on the job site —including bulk earthwork, grading, soil placement, and seeding—and is responsible for maintaining safe and efficient worksite conditions while minimizing equipment wear and damage Supervisor Responsibilities: This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.
