Job Description: Role Summary: The Director, Compensation & Benefits – Americas is a key leader within NIQ’s global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function, responsible for leading strategy, design, and execution of C&B initiatives across the Americas region. This role partners closely with HRBPs, regional leadership, and global teams to ensure competitive, compliant, and scalable rewards programs that support business objectives. In addition to regional leadership, this role also leads global initiatives and serves as a subject matter expert across complex compensation topics, including executive and sales compensation within a publicly traded company environment.
