As the Superintendent Electrical, you will define, standardise and govern the engineering frameworks that underpin the performance and integrity of all Gold Fields assets across underground and open pit operations. You will be central to maintaining long‑term asset integrity, meeting legislative obligations and preventing major business‑impact events through strong engineering risk management. As the single point of accountability for engineering governance, you will lead the development and oversight of engineering standards, asset management plans, maintenance strategies, risk frameworks and technical discipline leadership.
