Grease Monkey® certified pit crews offer drivers an exceptional experience, delivered with speed and precision. Position Overview During the Full-Service Oil Change, the courtesy technician is responsible for the tasks that the customer can most readily see, such as vacuuming, cleaning the windows, and setting the tire pressure. Performing these duties with care and professionalism will create a positive impression on the customer.
