Voyago, Transdev Ontario, is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), to be based in our Ajax office and covering both the expanded Durham and GTA regions. Your Role: Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employee and management needs through close working relationships with management and all employee groups. This in an in office position and will require occasional travel within Ontario. Primary Responsibilities: Business Partner: - Partner with the business to assess short and long-term business needs of the business units and provide strategic HR direction to meet their operational business requirements. - Support leaders with their management of front-line drivers and other employee groups - Consult with business stakeholders on an ongoing basis to determine evolving human resource requirements and assist with the development and implementation of responsive, effective and value-added human resource strategies. - Provides input on business restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning. - Provides day-to-day performance m...
