Position Summary: AtlantiCare is seeking a distinguished and high-profile vascular surgeon to join our team as the Chief of Vascular Surgery and Vice Chair of the Cardiac and Vascular Service Line. Qualifications: Leadership and Management: - Oversee the strategic direction and operational management of the Vascular Surgery Department. - Collaborate with the Chair of the Cardiac & Vascular Institute to align departmental goals with institutional objectives. - Serve as Vice Chair, providing leadership across the Cardiac and Vascular Service Line, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration. Clinical Excellence: - Lead by example in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. - Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols to enhance patient outcomes. - Maintain an active clinical practice in vascular surgery. - Education - Initiate and develop a Premiere Vascular educational program on an aggressive GME schedule. - Create a national presence with podium presentations at national and International mee...
