About the Opportunity Driscoll’s is looking for a Process Analyst to help design and implement future‑fit processes across our EMEA business unit. This role is central to how we operate today and how we evolve for tomorrow. Responsibilities: Identify, design, document, and implement business processes Analyse current‑state workflows to spot pain points and opportunities Ensure processes align with business capabilities, value streams, and organizational roles Translate process designs into clear technology and automation requirements Support change adoption through documentation, training input, and rollout readiness Use BPMN and modelling tools (Signavio, Visio, ARIS, Miro) to create consistent, high‑quality process documentation Build and maintain a process library and support continuous improvement Partner with stakeholders and IS to enable workflow‑driven transformation Candidate Profile: Process Analyst – Business Solutions (DEMEA) Driscoll’s is looking for a Process Analyst to help design and implement future‑fit processes across our EMEA business unit.
