Job Description: Job Title Risk Process Transformation & Analytics Location London: Corporate Title Assistant Vice President: This role contributes to the design and delivery of AI-enabled and data-led improvements across the Chief Risk Office (CRO), supporting efficiency, automation, and standardisation within Risk. With a primary focus on Credit Risk processes, you will work closely with stakeholders to scrutinize current-state workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and design, build, document and maintain fully working automation solutions—including AI prompts, agentic flows and Microsoft 365–based automation. You will gain exposure to advanced analytics and practical AI use cases in Risk, helping to enhance how risk teams operate while ensuring solutions are robust, transparent, and well-governed.
